MineCraft Adventure Update: New Logo and Herobrine?

If you hadn’t seen this yet, Notch has selected a picture to represent his new, amazing Adventure Update (above)! Along with the Adventure Update we are going to recieve:

  • NPC villages
  • Randomly generated dungeons
  • New biome code
  • Fully working Creative Mode (and individual admins can enter Creative Mode on a Survival Mode server if they choose)
  • Critical hits
  • Sprinting
  • More farming options

Still no release date :(

Now, one thing people have been asking about, Herobrine:

Herobine is a human entity, but with white eyes, and often seen as a dead miner that creates random constructions, such as pyramids and long 2-block-high tunnels. He also burns down, or cuts off, leaves from trees, and creates cobblestone-complexes underground, much like dungeons, lit with redstone torches. He often appears at the edge of fog, in a tiny render distance.

Notch mentioned that he has removed Herobrine twice, but never said he has added him before. Notch does have a sense of humor and this seems to be something he would do. There are videos, photos, and blog posts all over the web (Not linking all of them just Google it) of Herobrine in the most recent updates (1.6 and 1.7).
